A simple flow from your kitchen list to fresh produce at your door — entirely over WhatsApp.
1. Send your list
Message our WhatsApp number with the items you'd like and a budget for each. Anything from a few items to a full weekly shop.
2. Review your quote
We'll prepare a quote that shows the indicative produce cost, our sourcing fee, and the delivery fee for your area before any purchase is made.
3. We source at the market
Once you approve and pay, our agents head to the market and aim to source what's on your list. If something is unavailable or significantly different from your budget, we'll message you to confirm a substitution where time allows.
4. Delivered to your doorstep
We dispatch to the address you provided and keep you updated. Delivery times are typically same-day where the service is available, but may vary based on traffic, weather, and market conditions.
